TVs  
  The three TCL TVs have Roku OS built in and the two Vizio TVs have Roku streaming boxes attached to them.
Local Knoxville channels / broadcast networks are accessed through the Live TV option (antennea)
Cable networks are available using the Spectrum app.
Each Roku should have about any streaming app you would want installed. You will need to sign into most of them with your own account.
Note: If you do not sign out before you leave, other guests will have access to your account.

Soundbar  
  The soundbar in the family room should power on/off with the TV and is adjusted using the TV/Roku remote.
Bluetooth is available for pairing to your phone as an audio source. Holding down the bluetooth button on top of the bar puts it into pairing mode.
Thermostats  
  This cabin is setup with a dual zone HVAC system. There is one thermostat in the downstairs hallway and one at the top of the stairs.
It is intended that each thermostat controls the level that it's on.
Keep in mind when adjusting the setting that it can affect the tempurature on the other level.
*** Both thermostats must be set to either HEAT or COOL at the same time to aviod issues. ***
Alarm Clocks  
  The alarm clock located in eace bedroom has a built-in wireless charging pad on top of it.
Also, the base of the clock has the dimmer button. Pressing down on the clock will cycle through brightness settings.
Grill  
  The grill is setup with an external safety valve / timer. You must first turn the dial on the timer to turn on the propane to the grill.
Wait five seconds after turning on the timer before turning on a burner and attempting to light the grill.
Fireplace  
  Closed for the summer

During your stay-
  • Timber Tops/Amazing Views offers trash pick-up service for any guests that have stayed 2 nights or more.
    Request by 12pm for same day pick-up. Please make sure outside trash cans are full prior to calling.
  • Daily linen or maid service is not provided.
  • Please do not use the wash cloths or towels to remove make-up or clean mud, grease, etc.
  • You will be charged for damaged linens.
  • Make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the cabin.
Check out-
  • Check out is at 10a
  • Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it (place coffee pot & filter basket in as well)
  • Please place trash in bear-proof trash bin outside. Leave any trash that won’t fit INSIDE THE CABIN
  • Place towels in the bathtub in one of the bathrooms (you do not have to strip the beds)
  • Set the thermostats to 65*F during the winter months and 75*F during the summer months
  • Cover the hot tub
  • Lock all windows & doors
  • Turn off all lights and small appliances
